Re install windows 7 without CD

I need to re install windows 7 without a CD (I have a windows key). I have windows 7 Home premium 64 bit

Open up the iso in winrar or 7zip then run the exe file in there (forget what it is called, probably windows.exe or something) and do the "upgrade".

Here is the link from microsoft to download an iso image of the home premium 64 bits disc of windows 7.

If you have access to another PC or laptop, You could you this Microsoft tool along with your iso image to create a bootable USB drive to install your OS.
