Hello All
With those familiar with the backup called rd-1000 or rdx made by tandberg
I started with 1tb cartridges I just purchased a couple of 3tb cartridges the 1tb cartridges work
I have both sata drives and just got a usb drives tried the 3tb and the sata the 3tb it flashs amber and disk manager says no media and the usb does not flash but is solid amber
is the operating system that does not support the drive which is w10
I would like use it backup my data drive, I have done a number of google searches without success
please tell me if you had success, and tell me what you did btw the 3tb drives are brand new never used sealed in plastic
