Reminds me of that business laptop from lenovo that had a second screen.

This product isn't really groundbreaking since its been done before.

That said, this is the first one with three 4k displays. Neat.

If they can really pull this off, they'll be dominating lan parties...

... heck, I'd even code on this...

Yup, I'm seeing a lot of potential as a work machine, not so much for gaming.

Been thinking of things like this for a while now with my ultra portable mobile desktop idea and I use an iPad display on my desktop and three would fit in eyefinity under my 27" monitor. So I could have a fold out portable triple screen set up like that but much smaller, just time and money in the way.

Reminds me of this: https://slidenjoy.com/en/

Cool concept though.

I think we need to have a community build now.... lets do the same thing but in a brief case with desktop parts...

I have a half a build idea for a single screen ultra desktop power tablet type AIO. A full desktop in a briefcase with some laptop panels, maybe even touch screens, would fold up nice and neat. would be ultra ghetto unless someone really put in time with 3d printing and design. otherwise it would be panels and wires, which I actually like the look of.

3D printed parts wouldn't be rigid enough for screen hinges... you'd need steel and/or aluminium machined parts.

I was thinking that.I have my ipad panel velcro mounted to plywood... Yeah a sheet of steel or alu with simple bent hinges would work and be compact to fold them all most flat.

An ipad simply won't do for gaming though....

Also, door/chest hinges might not work. You're going to want some damper.

Any word on price so far??

Heh, hehehe, he he heh he hehheheehehehe. I use my ipad screen as my main gaming display and my 27" 1080p just for reading and videos.

wat? That's gotta be pushing 100ms+ for latency....

Have not noticed a difference. Just for clarity this is a replacement lcd from an iPad hooked up through DisplayPort. So for monitor stuff unless I am way off it reacts like a normal PC monitor, even overclocks but only to 67hz.

OH, thought you must've been doing one of those "monitor over etho" things....

pics?

See I could easily triple wide those under the large display. Just serious power to push 3, 2048x1536 x3... They are only a half million pixels short of a regular 1440p monitor anyway so demanging enough to run a few of them

Been wanting to a briefcase build for a long time now. it would be cool to see sliding screens in one.

How my friends reacted to this
Looks cool if wasn't ridiculously expensive I would consider one.

How I reacted to this
If one of the side screens got damaged how easy would it be to replace?

LOLULZ! I can't even believe someone using this for work. Yeah you want multiple screens but not around you and right up in your face. My goodness! Razor ... bought a crappy mouse from them and I sure as heck wouldn't buy this trash.
