Raspberry Pi Questions

I know a few people on the community have a raspberry Pi, and I'm planning on getting one also. I have a few questions about what I can do with them:

Is NOOBS the best O.S for it? 

Could I use a 2.1a wall adapter for it and not worry about anything bad happening? 

Would I be able to plug it into my old TV (it has the red, yellow, and white adapter things on the back of it, input and output) ? 

How would I make it wireless? 

BUT CAN IT RUN CRISIS 3 ON MAX SETTINGS? 

 

If I have any more questions about it I will ask, and thank you for the responses I hope to get :3

NOOBS contains most of the O.S's for the raspberry pi. You just choose which O.S you want during install.

2.1a will be ok as long as you don't want to use something power hungry in the USB ports.

You can use the yellow connection to your TV.

You will need a wireless adapter if you want to connect over wifi. You will also need to use some commands but just google search them.
