Rant: Da hell Newegg?

Between myself personally and for work, altogether I have spent well over $8 grand at Newegg, half of the time their shipping is crap on top of crap.

Their website is slower than molasses on a cold winter day.
Their customer support is basically non-existent.
Sometimes they simply decline my business CC just because they feel like its fraud (never an issue with any other site BTW)

Current issue, I paid for 3 day shipping last week on Thursday, all week FedEx and the Newegg site said delivery of today which was already late IMO, but I tolerated it because of the Holiday weekend, didn't get here, called FedEx, they said they just now received the package from Newegg......Been trying to talk with them on chat for over an hour no response and the same over the phone.....

Is.....Is anyone alive over there?

Guys come on its 2016 almost no one goes to actual brick stores anymore to buy computer stuff, get your shit together!

i have had nothing but good customer support, they introduced people to advise on parts via live chat as well.

Works great for me, I usually get free 1-2 day shipping on new items

customer support was exchange of a WD 3tb red drive was just as quick as the RMA from WD on another drive. Never had any CC issues and always do free shipping and its usually there in 3 days or so.

I swear I must have the worst luck when it comes to ordering shit online, last year I had issues with amazon, this year it's newegg....

amazon has literally the best customer service I have ever had of any e-tailor. You must be cursed.

I haven't bought that much from NewEgg recently, but in the past it's definitely annoying when you're used to the Amazon way of shipping someones purchase right away..and then on NewEgg you pay for faster shipping only to find out they take 3-4 days to even ship it.
