Ram not running at right speed

I have mushkin 1866 ram 2x4gb

asrock 970 extreme mobo

and 8350 cpu

My ram I noticed in BIOS was running 1333 but that was just what the board does auto, and book said it supports 1866 so I set it to that. But when I open windows 8 task manager it says my ram is running at 667mhz still. Can anyone tell me how to fix this, or if task manager just shows the wrong speed?

Your mobo supports up to 1333mhz and up to 2100mhz as over clock you will have to go in the bios and clock up the ram

I did, task manager is still showing it running at 667 though, I guess that was unclear, sorry

667 x2 = 1333mhz ram speed

also task manager shows 667 which x2 is 1333, but cpu-z shows 931.3, X2 = aprox 1866

windows 8 bug? becase cpuz is useaualy on the money

Sounds like it's working fine. When you go into bios is it showing the correct speed? Task manager doesn't know it's ass from it's elbow so if CPU-Z says it's fine, odds are it is.
