Are you useing 32bit windows? (x86 windows)
It says 64-bit Operating System in the SS
Have you set ram to something in the bios? what sticks are you useing? have you got the ram stick(s) set in the rigth configuration? what motherboard are you useing?
I am using corsair vengance on a biostar ta990fxe configured in dual channel (slots 2&4)
Looking at the biostar page on memory support i only see 1gb and 2gb sticks listed O_o but that cant be rigth as thay say the mobo can handle upto 32gbs
Try this bios update 99FAD308.BST (Improve memory compatibility, update PXE ROM)
http://www.biostar.com.tw/app/en/mb/introduction.php?S_ID=560#dl
Or just get the latest bios update
How DO you update BIOS? I have never done it before and the last few times I tried tinkering I messed up
There will be directions for your mobo on there site
