So I rebuilt my pc yesterday and it booted into windows when I had my pc just on my motherboard box.Once I put it back in the case the MEMOK LED light up.I tried the memory in a different pc and the PC booted , tried Different memory in my Pc and it still wouldn't boot.I know the the memory isn't faulty so im thinking its the motherboard. When I turn the pc on i get no image just all fans are on and the MEMOK LED is on.
I did this but the MEMOK LED is still on
turn off computer and unplug
move jumper cap from pin 1-2 to 2-3 (check manual for location)
3.wait 10 seconds
move jumper cap back to its original location 1-2
5.plug cord and turn on pc
mobo now recognizes ram and boots

I'm not sure i follow what you are saying but from the sounds of it you fixed the problem? or is the problem that the memok led is on even though it seems to boot normally.
Check the recommended memory configurations part of the manual and do what it says in terms of what memory slots to use and go in the bios and make sure your ram settings are the same as your rams specs. If that dose not work see if you can boot into windows with one ram stick and update the mob bios to the latest version https://www.asus.com/au/Motherboards/M5A99X_EVO_R20/HelpDesk_Download/ then see if it works with all the ram. if it still dose not work reseating the cpu might help.
Oh and first i would try to just press the memok button when it fails to boot. I think you have to hold it down till the DRAM_LED starts blinking but i don't remember for that board.
If you get it working without installing the latest bios i would still recommend installing it.
Sorry I don't think i explained properly I cant even get into the BIOS nothing is displayed at all.All fans are running and the MEMOK light is just on I have had this memory working in this pc for two years now with no problems at all so I think that something has packed in. I have tried the MEMOK button that doesn't help PC wont boot nothing is displayed, I also removed the reset the CMOS battery and it didn't change anything. Order a new motherboard, if it works i will keep it if not I can return it.
You are probably right about it being something wrong with the motherboard. The only other things i can think of that might help are usb bios flashback which might not even work if something is broken. Or trying a diferent psu if you have one to see if it's the problem.
