since then i have cleaned it this was originally for the the ben eater subreddit i did not get any help there
the basics of the problem is that when i change the ram from program in run mode and pulse the clock i lose all data in ram and at time T1 the contents of the program counter become ram then at time T2 the RAM is all 0’s so my computer only reads no op instructions
