I have a amd radeon r9 280 with the new crimson drivers and the rainbow 6 siege beta still crashes randomly. Any ideas what the problem could be??
Try disabling all the extra shit in the driver options (use application defaults rather than override)
Closed beta worked fine for me graphically (7870), open beta has huge graphical issues, geometry glitching over the screen everywhere, tried several drivers with no luck yet. And matchmaking is still broken as fuck, good luck getting a game with friends working. Maybe 1 in 10 attempts gets us in-game. Gameplay is okay, nothing special, but the uplay/ubisoft stuff is terrible.
Yeah I have a pair of 280x's and I haven't had any crashes.... they just can't seem to keep their servers up ;)
Game looks great though... I'll wait a few weeks before purchasing and let ubisoft deal with their issues.
