Aight so my case can have up to 6 fans in it and I was thinking about putting some Corsair AF and SP fans in it to help keep it cool since these apartments I live in only have A/C downstairs and it gets pretty hot upstairs even with open windows and all that junk. ANYWAY, my question is how many of each should I have and where would the best placement be to maximize the positive air pressure as well as cool it the best? Also i'm planning on getting a CM 212evo and i'm worried it won't fit... On the chance that it does fit, would it be good to stick a couple SP fans on it as well?

Out of the 12 fans in my case, nearly all of them are corsair sp120's. Reason why is because it's probably better to have the pressure optimized fans push or pull air through your air filters.
The other fans aren't corsair sp because they are 90mm, 80mm, 80mm, and 60mm.
If your adding fans to make your room cooler, don't, it's pointless. The same amount of heat is going to be produced, the fans will just get it out of the case and into your room faster. The cpu and gpu make so much heat, and that doesn't change unless you lessen the voltage being put through either the gpu or cpu. Fans are just there to get the heat away from the gpu and cpu, not to prevent heat from being produced.
