Radiator is making a clicking noise(like dying HDD)

So I have no clue what is going on, but since I've installed my cooler master seidon 120XL. I moved the radiator from the side of a cooler master haf 912, now it's in a corsair carbide 500r on the top.

I currently have one fan hooked up exhausting air, and after about 2 hours of use the radiator starts making a noise like a VERY OLD AND CLICKY hard drive that's dying, and it's really starting to concern me.

I'm not sure if this is an issue with my radiator or if something else is just wrong. I have an asus motherboard and have tried ramping up the fans to 100% with no change in noise. Does anyone have any ideas?

Well since you changed the fan speeds with no change in noise, seems like it would be the pump.
Are you sure its coming from the Rad, or could it be the Power Supply or anything else ?
