Just posting a summary of my finding and marking this as solved for others to find.
Another friend bought the card at the same time as me (i tipped him) and he also bought a brand new system. He was talking about MSI Dragon Center yesterday, and today he talked about having the same freezing issues I had when he logged in. So It kinda clicked.
Uninstalled MSI Dragon Center and MSI SDK, and now everything runs completely normally, warzone etc.
So the root of the issue seemed to be those pos apps which i only installed for the sole purpose of turning off the GPU led.
