Implying updates are mandatory in 7 and 8/8.1.
Implying opt-out doesn’t exist in 7 and 8/8.1.

You guys really should learn about linux. I play basically everything fine. Dark Souls, CS, whatever really.

This was surprising to me. Nvidia have a driver.

Steam stats
Windows 10 64 bit    49.59%-0.74%
Windows 7 64 bit     32.91%+0.86%
Windows 8.1 64 bit    6.66%-0.20%

I thought the windows 8.1 install base would be bigger but both windows 10 and 8.1 are falling in numbers.

This is only as a percentage of installations though and isn’t reflective of OS adoption. It could easily mean that more people with Win7 have installed Steam lately.

I have have Windows 8.1 too. And I was about to buy Vega 64 because I found it for £300 which is very good value. However no support for windows 8 is a deal breaker, but they do they drivers for RHEL and SUSE.
