R9 Fury being weird [solved, I was a retard]

So I bought an r9 fury and it came today <3

I tested it with Heaven, everything went fine ( score 1983)

Then I played some Battlefront, everything was beautiful (well got some artificing but its gone now)

But when I try to play the witcher, its just refuses. It runs and it runs fine but its laggy. I look at the Crimson untility and...

Its running at 700 MHz and refuses to go higher. And it refuses to go higher (for comparison, with Battlefront it was 1020 when playing and around 300 in the menus.

How do I disable the auto downclocking feature (I tired overclocking but I cant seem to get any stable overclocks at all. but then im not that good at gpu overclocking. (as in never looked into it)

Try restarting your system. I have this with my 980 occasionally. Rebooting seems to fix it.

Hmm...... Are you using MSI afterburner or just the crimson drivers?

Forgot the witvher has a frame limiter you have to change facepalm
