this reinstall (new image) fixed everything except for the Bluetooth nonsense tho I have bl;ack screen issue with my gpu issue followed me Vrail in gpu z

blue tooth will likely need its own BT driver from the motherboard manufacturers website.
it should be in the support section.

Yeah, im using the drivers provided, yea anytime my display goes black gpus says vrel is the perf cap reason.
