I have a problem with my gpu when i attempt to overclock to 1220mhz and 1500 Memory but it stays at the reference clocks.I only have the MSI Aftermarket Burner and the Catalyst.

Turn off the AMD Overdrive in Catalyst if you using a third party application to overclock. It will interfere your settings you set in the Afterburner.

nope its still having issues not having reach my settings staying at 1000/1400 for some reason i have not touched the voltages for the gpu and i will not doing any voltage overclocks with my gpu
