well i hate to painfully honest here but a 3k build at 15 your lucky to have such nice parents. i dont think they are not smart. they are factoring in those little things like bills, and a roof over your head. first i wouldnt treat them like they dont understand. if i were you and you were set on a three thousand dollar build i would sit down with your dad and discuss a budget and make it work with in it. show him your willing to work and you will have better outcomes later on when you need to upgrade. or you could get a part time job for upgrades later. good luck
