Quick Question on ASUS GTX 760 and PhysX

If I am understanding this correctly, since I am getting a ASUS GTX 760, I can use the Advance Physx feature like its stock design counterpart and the Radeon cards do have Physx but somewhat in a lite version and it uses the CPU unlike the Nvidia which uses the Physx features from the GPU.

Is this correct?

Radeon cards dont have Physx at all,if you have a AMD card you have to use the cpu for Physx (or you can use a cheap extra dedicated nvidia to run as a dedicated physx card)

You can use Physx on a ASUS GTX 760 all newer Nvidia cards can use it.
