Questions on Case Painting

I'm starting a new build, and i'd like to paint my case to customize it, make it mine. However, when doing some preliminary research, there was little to no info on the type of painting I had in mind. All the tutorials I've seen online are how to paint the whole case a different color. I only wanted to paint a figure on the case along with some words, but I haven't seen any instructions on how to do that. The closest comparison to what I have in mind is the Nosferatu on Logan's NASferatu a while back:

Does anyone know how this can be accomplished? Am I not looking for paint at all, but some other type of case decoration? Any suggestions would be very much appreciated.

Use a good stencil and mask the case up if you really want to paint it.  Otherwise, ordering custom vinyl stickers from some ebay seller would probably be much easier.

This right here would be your best bet, and make sure whatever paint you get will stick to the surface well. I remember seeing a video using plasti dip, that what down the road if you want to change it you can peal it right off.
