Question on the ASRock 970 Extreme3

I bought this Mobo with my 8350 and I was wondering what settings should I turn off/set to manual? And is doing this beneficial?

 

I'm not sure If I want to overclock or not.

turn off "AMD cool and quiet" and make sure your ram is running @ the correct frequency

Also you could set your OS and sata controller to AHCI if you are running a ssd

Make sure your ram is running at the right frequencies for maximum performance, disable AMD cool n quiet as it often decreases performance during some applications, and don't even bother trying to overclock. The 970 Extreme3 has a 4+1 power phase which means you will most likely fry your VRMs by overclocking (well, trying to) an 8350.
