Question for Fractal Design R5 + AIO Liquid Coolers

Hello there everyone. I currently own a Fractal Design R5 and plan on upgrading very soon and want an AIO Liquid Cooler but am wondering about sizing and dimensions and hard drive placements. I currently have one HDD in the 3-stack HDD bay in the bottom of the case, I have one CD drive in the CD drive bay.
So I don't want to put the Kraken X61 in the top because I don't want to remove the moduvents for the noise cancelling. I wanted to put it in the front which leaves me with two options as I see it.

Option 1: I can move the 3-stack HDD bay back a bit and run push/pull - 1, where the front has both fans and then one fan on the back because there isn't enough space inbetween the HDD bay and the radiator to fit a fan.
Option 2: I can put the HDD in the bottom of the two open CD drive bay, below the CD drive. This would let me remove the HDD bays totally. My only qualm with that is I don't believe the CD drive bay has the rubber stoppers to handle vibration noise like the HDD mounting cages. Does anyone do this and is it noticeable amount of noise from vibrations?

If I decide against a X61, I could go with a kraken X41 and mount it in the back in push/pull. My concern with this is will it fit push/pull on the back without intruding on the motherboard. Does anyone do this? I'm open to suggestions of other things of course. Thanks all!

tbh push pull is unnecessary

what do you have now? there are air coolers that compete with AIO's and are inherently more reliable

it will overhang the mobo, wont touch it though

you can take out the middle drive cage and put it in the front if you like, if you are talking about single rad

This is what you want to do. This way you have the HDD capacity and the freedom for 240/280 AIO...
HOWEVER...

I agree with that about, oooohhh, let's say 7452%...
About X61 - if you choose this specific AIO, for the love of God (of war), get yourself some quiet fans... The stock one will negate the noise dampening of the R5...

EDIT:
The HDD cage itself is mountable on 120mm fan mount, if i am not mistaken. That basically means you can mount it on the freaking roof, hanging down, if you wish to.
