Question about monitor Repsons Time (ms)

Hello everyone, I have a Samsung SyncMaster XL2370. The box says the response time is 2ms however in the menu options the response time hase three settings, Normal, Faster, Fastest.

What is the difference between each setting and which setting should I use? Can anyone explain how a response time works in a technical way if possible?

Can't say in a technical way, but I think it'll 'overdrive' your monitor, possibly lowering the response time down to 2ms. Just try them and see what happens.
