Question about isolating IOMMU groups CPU + GPU

I am reading through the archwiki about IOMMU groups and it says that the GPU has to be in its own IOMMU group but also says it’s ok if the CPU is in the same IOMMU group as the GPU. Which is it? Do I have to pass everything in the IOMMU group to vfio?

This is what my IOMMU groups look like:

It does not say that, it says it is ok if a PCI(e) bridge from the CPU is in the same group as the GPU.

That is what you have, so just pass through all four parts of your GPU to the VM, and leave the bridge alone.
