Question about a build I put together

I have all parts picked out but i am unsure of the motherboard I picked. Its a asrock extreme 4. Could I do any better while staying around the same price as the extreme 4? Is there anything I should change about my build? I already have a psu at home. Thanks.

the gigabyte cards get some bad coil whine, get the HIS ice-q, MSI twin frozr, or sapphire non-reference.
