Quad gigabit SR-IOV NIC recommendations? (used or new budget segment)

Hi. I purchased two MikroTik RB44Ge NICs very long time ago and they were working fine in my previous machine. However few days ago I got myself ASRock WRX80 mobo and TR 5000 cpu and for some unknown to me reason - this motherboard really doesn’t like those cards. With both cards in place it doesn’t post at all. When using only one MikroTik it does post however only when no more than 3 pci-e cards are used in total. If I use more then again it doesn’t post, just enters boot loop. So from my point of view - they just don’t work with this mobo.

As such - I’m looking for some more… proper quad gigabit NICs. Preferably with SR-IOV support and it’d be even better if they were half with PCB but with full size bracket (I’ve got GPU riser cable that won’t bend 90 degrees right away so there are some clearance issues).

I’m most likely looking for something used but if there are new cards that are somewhat affordable I’d be ready to pull the trigger as long as they don’t exceed lets say 250$ per card.

I think the I350-T4V2 is the gold standard.

Is there big difference between I350-T4V2 and I350-T4 ? Non-v2 seem to be much more common

I think the original revision had a higher failure rate over time due to its power design, which is especially relevant if you’re buying used.
