QEMU VM won't start after dedicated GPU added

I’m attempting to passthrough a dedicated GPU to a windows 10 virtual machine. So far, I followed the directions specified in the arch wiki to make sure vfio-pci loaded correctly on the secondary GPU. I created the virtual machine without the PCI devices connected and installed windows, loaded VirtIO drivers, and made sure everything was working. It’s a bit slow now without its own gpu, but everything works. When I connect the two PCI devices to the virtual machine (gpu and gpu audio) the virtual machine does not boot and does not give any error messages either. I’m attempting to go through the logs now and see if anything stands out, but I figured I’d put this up here in case anyone had any advice or anything I forgot.

My setup is:
CPU: Ryzen 9 3900X
GPU (host): XFX RX 580 8GB
GPU (vm): XFX RX480 8GB
(i followed the steps on the wiki for using two of the same cards)
RAM: 64gb
MOBO: MSI x470 Gaming Plus Max

Like I said, I’m going to continue to play with it, but if anyone has any tips or suggestions, they’d be much appreciated. Thanks!
