It’s a Q9a. Can’t tell if it’s dead or not. Thought my droid box was frozen so I did a factory reset. It didn’t fix the problem. I then realized it’s actually the remote when hooking up a USB keyboard. A message occasionally pops up saying “TV Remote app could not start. No compatible Network interface device found.” Not word-for-word, close enough, though.
How do I fix this whoopty?
