Which PSU? XFX PRO650w or Seasonic X650W?
What's it for, and what's your budget?
My build (which will be assembled around Christmas) I just want to know which is better quality/reccomended

Well, you don't need 650W for that setup, but the X650 (KM3?) is a fantastic unit. I own one myself.
80+ Plat under cold load, ripple below 20mV, super tight load line reg, overall, just a killer unit.
