Is the ax760i relabel i have been reading on line and its getting okay reviews but i ran across some where its hard for the system to pull enough watts for the pus's fen to actually start spinning up. please help and tell me if ill have any trouble with it in my new build.

It's a great PSU for your system.
PSU's made by Corsair are the top of the line. But that PSU in particular is quite overpriced.
The OCZ Z Series Gold 1000W is a 80+ Gold, Modular PSU, for $40 less. And it has great reviews and offers more power.
Advanced Creativity, you are an idiot. This system needs no more than 550W. The 1000W PSU is going to offer, at most , 60% load, and be at 75%, or worse, of thte efficiency it could provide when actuallyusing 1000W. A Seasonic G Series 550W, Seasonic X 650W, Lepa G650W, or Rosewill Capstone 650 M will be plenty.
