Right now I am wondering about how much power I will need here is my CPU and GPU. Also I will be doing some overclocking on both.

Your card recommends 450w and the cpu sucks 95w. So if you don't have a lot of other things(hdd,ssd,cd,dvd,etc.) I would get a 600w rated at least 80 plus.Allthough a 500w would do just fine I imagine.
Well I am going to do alot of overclocking so wouldn't I need more than that?
A PSU at least 700W will just do fine, say that you don't have alot of peripherals or drives and the CPU will be watercooled.
