PSU for home fileserver

Hi guys,

I recently built a homeserver used for storing files, streaming via subsonic, plex etc. and it's working really nice. At the moment it's powered by a old crappy 550W total overkill psu and is totally inefficent. Since the server is running 24/7 I'm looking for a high efficient low watt psu. Beside a few harddrives there isnt much to be powered but I maybe want to add a few in the future...

Specs are:

AMD II X2 270
ASUS M5A97 LE R2.0
3x WD Reds 3 TB in RaidZ1
1x 2 TB WD Black

Can you recommend a PSU? I'm willing to spend up to 100 € which is about 140 bucks.
If you need more info please let me know.

Thanks in advance!
Cheers from Germany.

Seasonic have a 350 watt gold rated PSU, I have one of their 400 watt fanless ones and it's pretty awesome.

Thanks for the tip! Found a really nice test here: http://www.itproportal.com/2013/08/07/45-psus-tested-at-very-low-loads-which-one-is-most-efficient/

I think I'm going for the seasonic or the be quiet! e9.
