I am going to buy a PSU for this build. I would like for it to be modular, and preferably made by Corsair, Fractal Design or XFX. But any others are fine too. I dont know how much wattage I need, but around 650W I think will work.

RAM: Corsair Vengeance XMS3 8GB 1600MHz
GPU: XFX Radeon HD 7770
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 500GB 7200RPM
It's best to wait for one to go on sale, go for 80+bronze and around 650 would be good, as there is a bit of headroom. I would check http://www.techbargains.com/catsearch.cfm/0_2_0 every once in a while (I do so everyday) to look for good deals on powersupplies. I got a seasonic 80+Gold 750 watt for $90, which is now $140 on newegg (I got it from newegg a while ago). Good luck hunting for deals!
