Just putting this out there. I'd been using progressive scanning for about a year. A few days ago, I tried interlacing. What I found was incredible. Resolutions that were previously unusable due to flicker were perfect and silky smooth. 2560x1920 works at 120Hz. It used to only work at 60Hz, which was a laggy flickerfest. The refresh rate can be turned up to 240Hz at resolutions that are OK for FPS games (960i). This is like getting a new brand-new, custom-produced CRT. If you have a CRT, TRY INTERLACING!

OK mine will only go to 100 so 50? but it's not a flickerfest but it does just look like a DSR mode.
