Check that out. I wanted to get a opinion from the community for that build. I didn't want to use APU's so I tried to fit a Graphics Card.

The power suplpy is a bit of a deal breaker if you ask me :/
FM2 socket. no hdd. 4 gbs of ram.
My Friend has the HDD, the X4 750K was recommended and 4gb will be upgraded in a week.
Cooler Master makes good psu's and at least its better than Raidmax
Add a hdd and a copy of windows 7 or 8 and youre well over 400, but still, it will run anything at least in 1080p medium with 40ish fps atm. Its the perfect build for cheapskates that want something to run those delicious 2.5-7.5$ AAA Steam titles on.
Motherboard and CPU have different sockets.
No they dont the X4 750k is a FM2 CPU its basically a A10 with no Integrated Graphics
The more you know...
So that's what letter K is for.
Budget pcs are easy if youre willing to wait untill each peice becomes available on sale!! All these parts for just over £150 Some arent new but all have been working perfectly for long enough to assume theyre all good parts and have been looked after. Its really not that hard.
•AMD Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition 3.4GHz
•Asus M4A785TD-V EVO 785G motherboard
•64GB Kingston SSD Drive + Samsung 1TB Spinpoint F3 7200RPM
•4GB DDR3 1333MHz RAM
•Sapphire HD 5670 512MB GDDR5 Graphics card
•Arctic Power 700W PSU
Why would anyone buy a console? My pc is soooo much beter than my ps3!
most people have HDD's anyway mate, in old builds
No pre-existing parts were mentioned.
I do like your build. What did you switch.
The motherboard to an AM3+ socket. Making it compatable with future upgrades such as the AMD 6300 or better. The ram to 8 gbs. Switched case and power supply to a rosewell bundle.
Yeah my current pc started out as a budget. Then I upgraded the CPU/GPU/MOBO/PSU/Case almost overnight because i needed MOAR speed.
The only thing left over from the original build is it's eternal spirit. lol
But yeah, you can build a pc on a budget, but it's not worth it. Just wait and save up for better parts.
yep agreed
