Me and two of my friends were talking about some ideas on what to do with an old machine I have lying around. We just want a reasonably simple project to do, as we have little coding experience, but we are all interested in learning some more.
All suggestions are welcome!
Make a server for you guys to chat on, such as a dedicated IRC server.
Upgrade it and use it as a server as Brennan suggested. But maybe host like.. a minecraft server, a web server (for hosting websites) or something. Or maybe even use it as a wireless storage server.
