Programs Freeze for seconds when loading

I've experienced this problem with my SSD its an Adatta 256gig

When I load Adobe Photoshop the mouse freezes for 5 seconds sometimes!!! then works fine

And sometimes when I load a web page after 10 seconds the page freezes for another 5 seconds, is there a fix for this or DO i need a new SSD?

Games Work fine too..

Although when loading music from my HHD
compared to my SSD they take the same amount of time, SSD? supposed to be faster please help!!!

I formatted and installed Windows 8 seems to not freeze anymore, must of had to much data on my SSD...Heard they need at least 20% free space
