I made a Discord channel about a month ago to chat about a Python class, but I'd like to expand the discussion to programming in general. So if you're looking for a chat room where you can talk about about programming, ask questions, brainstorm project ideas, and/or share your wisdom, let me know and I'll send you an invite.
could join
Sounds cool.
I think this could really work considering there is a much bigger programming community on TekSyndicate than those who post in the Code section.

I will join. Not yet a Discord user. Notify me on update.
Currently on linux for work but would love to join.
Currently trying to use browser localStorage storage objects.
Shoot me an invite, I'd love to drop in every now and then!
@anon75264233 There is a project on github to run discord under a linux environment ('till they come out with the official one). Check it out, might do the thing for you.
I'd like to join.

On another note, why not create a slack group?
The first person who replied to my first thread said Discord was their only option, so that's what I went with. Would there be advantages to creating a Slack group as well?
