Problems with New Build Displaying Video

Now I'm not new to PCs or anything like that, been using them for years so I have tried quite a lot of fixes.

About a month ago I had a problem with my computer where the video would not output at all, I set it down to the computer being years old and just dying from 24/7 use.
I decided to build a new PC (specs will be below) and use some old components from my previous desktop.

I have come into the same problem with this new PC build, and it is very frustrating.
There is absolutely no video outputting to either of my monitors. I know it is not the monitors, as I have used them with my laptop while waiting to do my new build. It is not the CPU, Motherboard, PSU, or Graphics card as they all work fine (and I have even tried a different graphics card to no prevail.)

I took it down to it being a problem with my RAM. I bought another identical set of the ram, tried it in the system and still no luck. I am on the brink of losing it as I just spend $750 AUD on these parts put together, and I have spend thousands of dollars on steam, all of which will become useless if I cant get this working. My last case scenario is going to an IT company which would take out another fortnight's wages.

I have tried clearing the CMOS, checked the Connections are all properly inserted, tried different solutions for the (new) RAM modules in the DIMM slots (a1,b1/a2,b2).

Please help as this took a lot of hours of working for me to save up to, and without a fix it will just go to waste as soon enough my job contract will be terminated. And before you say it, the company I bought these from won't accept returns unless they are faulty products, I cant just return a product if I "don't need it" or "doesn't work for me personally".

Thanks.
Sorry for the long post.

AMD 8350 clocked at 4.0GHz
AsRock 980DE3/U3S3 R2.0
32GB Corsair Vengeance DDR3 1600MHz Ram (16GB bought 29/12/2014, other 16GB bought 3/1/2016)
Noctua Silent CPU Cooler
Corsair 550W PSU Non-Modular
Galaxy GTX 660 2GB
Corsair 450D Mid-Tower Chasis
500GB 5200RPM HDD (OS/Programs)
1TB 5200RPM HDD (Games/Movies/Music/Work Files)

what OS have you got?
and its probably a stupid question but do you have your screens plugged into the gpu or the mother bored?

I have the screens plugged into my GTX 660. For some reason the only display connection the motherboard has is a VGA connection (not a problem), but it is a male output connection (A problem). The only VGA cables I have are male to male. I even use a VGA monitor running off of my 660. And I have Windows 10 installed on the Hard Drive.

ok, so there is nothing on the screen, not even when the computer first boots up and the bios page should be shown?
if the bios page dose show up its probably a driver problem with the gpu.

Does the BIOS have the option between using on-board FX or your FX card?

I've seen enough BIOS have that option even if it doesn't have integrated graphics... ECS comes to mind...

i wouldn't know if the Bios did have the option because nothing is displaying on the screen. Not even the bios. It just stays black.

How would I fix a driver problem without the screen? I have a Hard Drive plugged in with a Windows install from my old PC, but even with that hard drive unplugged it should still display the Bios.

I just checked with the IT Department at my dad's work, and she said that the board does not have support for onboard graphics and that from this point it's just process of elimination for which parts do and don't work. If I can't get it fixed by this Saturday I'm just going to take it into a PC shop and see what they can do.

sorry, i don't know whats wrong
i hope some one else can help you though,
good luck.
