I'm just starting to learn how to use Lightworks and am currently having trouble with my audio in some clips not lining up with the video. With mp4 videos from my phone it is all fine, but when I want to edit some epic moments in BF4 I collected VIA Shodowplay, the audio is seconds behind the video as well as being very slow. I might point out that when I import the clips it wants to import in AVCHD format and not mp4 which is its original format.
It's a known issue with Shadowplay, it has nothing to do with Lightworks. It's the same for any video editor, including Adobe Premiere and Sony Vegas Pro.

Use OBS or something else to record your gameplay, it will work much better and at higher quality.
I wish I could use OBS however I have a mobile GPU which OBS is known to have problems with. Also, is there a shadow option in OBS like there is in Shadowplay? I mean being able to capture the last 5 minutes of gameplay at the touch of a button.
Good old fraps maybe?
