I've just finished building my pc and am trying to install windows 7 ultimate. The problem I'm having is it getting stuck at random points durring instalation. Anyone know what the problem might be?
My build:
Asus M5A97 R2.0
AMD FX-6300 3.5ghz
Crucial Ballistix Sport 2x4gb 1600mhz
Corsair CX500W
WD Caviar Blue 1TB 64mb cache
Gigabyte GTX660
Lite-on x22 dvd drive.
I'm trying to install via dvd.
Update: more problems. The screen doesn't turn on sometimes when powering on or restarting, just stays on standby. Screen seems to freeze even in bios ocasionaly. I'm using a DVI-D to VGA adapter to be able to use my screen with the gpu, maybe that's the problem?
