Problem with Youtube

After a recent windows update my youtube that i always play in HD is laggy and slow now. I have used CCleaner and uninstalled microsoft windows IE 10 then tryed Google Chrome and still having the same problem.

Any ideas?

Thanks! It worked still alittle jumpy but i can handle it. :)
