Youtube on 360p works fine, any other, even lower doesnt load at all.
the Ethernet meter in task manager it says i have no through put at all when its on anything other than 360p.
I live in the netherlands and my ISP is Ziggo.
other sites work well, downloading works well as well.
my internet speeds are 60Mbps down and 6Mbps up, and normally it works fine...
tried another computer? another browser? phone? reinstall flash reinstall browser reinstall os. in that order os should be the last thing you try.
Just youtube servers being shitty sometime's i cant even get 240p going sometime's i can get full 1080p going.
But you can check to see if you are being throtled by your isp useing this --> http://broadband.mpi-sws.org/transparency/bttest-mlab.php
tried both of the things above, and it seems that Only 1080p doesnt work, so, 240p,360p,420p,720 and even original (1080p+) works fine, only 1080 doesnt work...
ooh, and on some channels it works and on some it doesnt...what the hell is going on???
