I've got an Asus M5A97 R2.0.
When I boot into the bios, I can only see like a fourth of the screen. I've looked through the manual and I can't find any way to scroll or whatever just so I can see the rest of what's going on. I was however able to start and use it as I'm posting from this rig right now.
I'm having no problems whatsoever with any of my hardware, but I need to see the whole screen in bios in order to change my boot order and whatnot so I can boot into Memtest through a usb.
If someone could advise my how to fix this issue, or show me how I can boot into the usb without having to change any bios boot orders or whatever I would greatly appreciate it.
An easy way to fix it temporarily may be just to zoom in in your monitor and then fix it it windows permanently
Didn't think about changing any of the monitor crap...
I'll check back in a bit to update the situation
While I was able to actually find my boot settings with better searching, I still can't get the bios screen to match my monitor. I guess it's not such a big deal since I don't think I'll need to use the features that aren't really accessible.
I tried switching the setting with the monitor buttons but to no avail. I'm assuming the issue could be just that I have a really old monitor (HP v72).
Well good luck with it, you could try a different screen to see if its just that monitor or if something else wrong
