Problem with PSU, i think

Hello people of the internet :P

Since a week of 4 I experienced weird things from my pc.
Games that my pc earlier could handle, are now lagging or just do nothing.
When I start my pc, usually it takes me three times to start it in a good way.
When I looked after my pc last week, I found out that the PSU becomes real hot.
Can this be the problem, or is there another solution?

BTW: If they are needed, this are my pc specs
Mobo: ASRock 960GM/U3S3 FX
PSU: 600CX Corsair
GPU: Nvidia GTX 650Ti
CPU: AMD FX-6300
HHD1: SSDNow V300 60 GB
HHD2: Seagate Barracuda 7200 rpm 1 TB
Memory: 8 GB Corsair Vengeance 1600 mHz ddr3

Corsair are usually a reliable brand, but they do just slap their sticker on a product that is pretty much the same as so many others. It could very well be a problem with the power supply, i'd recommend checking out a new one
