Problem when watching videos (Solved?)

I don't know when this started, but for a few days or so i've been getting this pixel glitch thing when watching videos on youtube, vlog videos and recordings of gameplay. Iv'e tried to find something on google about this but i couldn't find anything, is my grafics card broken, or my monitor?. My pc is just a few months old, but my monitor is from 2012

what is your video card? do you know if it's over heatings? have you updated your video drivers? what browser are you using? can you enable or disable hardware accelleration in the browser? in youtube, try setting it to use HTML5 for video playback.

My grafics card is a gigabyte geforce g1 gaming gtx 970 4gb, and the temperature is 32,0°C. Yes the latest version. Im using opera, don't know but im gonna try

Yeah i might think it is opera browser that is totally wierd, downloaded chrome and it is just fine when watching videos, i spend about 20 min on comparing videos on opera and chrome. I wonder if other people have maybe the same problem?
