So I wanted to but Private Internet Access due to the good reports of this website. I saw Google Wallet as a viable payment option and purchased the required funds on gift card. Went to sign up and now Google Wallet is no longer being accepted. I went on the chat and asked what was going on and someone called Kyle advised me they longer accept Google Wallet. I told him its still listed and they need to do something about that and he replied the admins had not removed it and to select another payment option. Absolutely no concern that I'm £25.00 out of pocket due to there misleading website. They argued that although the option is there it is greyed out but (and maybe its my monitor) but it really didn't look like it look like it. Anyway hers a transcript.
I intended to buy a years subscription to your service, saw the option to pay with Google wallet, purchased the required funds and the Google wallet option is no longer valid. Its still listed there as an option but will not let me use it. I have already had a flaky response advising me you don't accept it any more so my question is this. You have falsely advertised it as a payment option. I am now out of pocket, what are YOU going to do about it. I have taken screen shots and am happy to report this

You cannot advertising something as an accepted form of payment, change your mind, keep it listed and then just shrug your shoulders!

Think I'll just plaster it all over Tek Syndicate (who are big supporters of you) that you falsely advertise things that cost people money then just do nothing about it. Gonna cost you more in negative feedback then the £25.00 it cost me. Believe me i will be telling anyone that will listen about this.
I dont really understand what your so upset about. It was once accepted but google apparently is going to be phasing out google wallet, so I guess they left the greyed out option on the website in case they decided to support it again. It's not costing google wallet users anything as that method can longer be used!
I purchased a gift card with the funds for the sole purpose of paying for this service with it. I cant use those funds to do what was intended with them, I have spent £25.00 for nothing! Get it?

Could you not see your way to a couple of months free. I am on limited income and it will take me a couple of months to have another £25.00 to throw at this. Then I will be happy to sign up for a full account using an appropriate payment method, that would seem a reasonable compromise to me
One of our competitors may accept google wallet.
There are a lot of other VPN providers out there.
So your not prepared to do anything about this? I accept some responsibility for not checking the Google wallet link (it really does not look greyed out on my monitor) but surely you must accept some too for having it there when it does not work.
