Printing CPU temp to serial (win 10)

Does anyone know how I could print the cpu temperature to serial so I can read it with a microcontroller?

I'm designing a little custom PID fan controller but I'm more of a hardware guy, I know my way around arduino but I'm a novice when it comes to programming on the PC.

Any help is appropriated.

Thanks, yeah. I was thinking of something similar. But instead of sending a PWM signal through the serial port. Print the value of the temperature through Serial (USB) so it can be gathered by a micro controller.
