At my church I am the media administrator. It's my job to put up lyrics onto the projection along with a graphic behind the lyrics. Sometimes the graphic is a motion background, or we play a video. There's incjonsistent lags/jerks at random parts of the video. I've been told professionally that this is a graphics card issue. I will be expanding the technology over time and would like some opinions to get the best performance for this task for the right price, of course.
could you post a CPU-Z and GPU-Z screen shot of each tab and what program you using at what resolution?
I don't have the computer with me, but it's almost exactly the same as my laptop which is a Toshiba Satellite L455. Projection resolution is 800x600 because that's the fastest it will run without many lags. Using MediaShout with an Optoma projecter. We will be getting MediaShout 4 soon. Can't provide you much until Sunday then I will write down the models and everything and post them.
