Alright so this is the last piece I need for my computer and I saw this on sale

is it worth it? If I don't get this one then I'll have to wait around 2 more weeks.

It's a good card at a very good price. It will not have the low temps asus/saphaire/his or other manufactures have because the cooling solution is inferior so you will not be able to overclock it that much or at all, if you consider that a problem wait 2 more weeks and buy something from the top brands. But then again, it's a 7970 so overclocking is not necessary at the moment. Your choice.

I personally have had bad experiences with powercolor. Their cards tend to be cheap for a reason. Pretty low tier on the market.

That's just my personal opinion, though.
